Inspired by Jeff Nichols' film 'Loving' - the story of an interracial couple, Richard and Mildred Loving whose marriage was ruled illegal by the state of Virginia until the decision was overturned by the US Supreme Court in 1967. It was their quiet defiance, the sureness of their love that moved Matshidiso to write this beautiful song 'Quiet Love'.
